We were with our director of Human Resources, María Valenzuela, at the “Club de Capitanas” meeting organized by the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Young Entrepreneurs (CEAJE), an excellent opportunity to recognize and connect with female talent.

We heard testimonies from great women from the business sector with diverse backgrounds and we also had the opportunity to listen to Carme Artigas, Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence. “It’s not about women sitting at the table to listen, but rather that they have a voice in the decisions that are made at it,” she said.
